The specially designed Silica rotors are intended for use in dehumidifiers and desiccant cooling systems. These are well known as market leading products, and widely recognized for outstanding performance in most applications and environments.

These are made up of very high silica gel, Low glass fiber and Acrylic surface coating.

The silica gel desiccant rotor is tested under with ASTME E-84 giving flame index and smoke produced as 0.

The silica gel desiccant rotor are available over a wide range of diameter (100 mm to 4500mm), Depth (50mm to 400mm) and shaft sizes of (20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm & 70mm).

The specially designed molecular sieve rotor is made for use in dehumidifier applications where entering air is dry and/or hot, and where the processed dry air must be even dryer.

This is an important factor when LCC aspects (Life Cycle Cost) for a dehumidifier plant are evaluated.

These rotors are made of very high molecular sieve contents (type 4A or 3A), high silica gel, Low glass fiber and Acrylic surface coating.

The Passive Dehumidification Wheel (PPX Silica gel rotor) is intended for use in dehumidifiers where the process air has a very high moisture content and needs extraordinary reduction of the moisture content.

A dehumidifier with a PPX rotor offers more dehumidification for less running cost than a unit equipped with another rotor of the same dimensions. This is an important factor when LCC aspects (Life Cycle Cost) for a dehumidifier plant are evaluated.
